The UN facility is fine just where it is. The UN has foreign diplomats and workers from all over the globe. What better city that represents foreigners than New York city. It is the city of immigrants ... the gateway to North America for many. Considering the mix of New York city, the diplomats feel right at home. Moving the UN to a non-immigrant city like Geneva would serve no purpose.

Toronto has people from all over the world. So does Winnipeg for that matter. While the US and New York tries to melt them all together, we celebrate them here in Canada.

You complained about the diplomats and their bad parking habits, Nero. Fine, if you don't want them we'll be more than hapy to take them. The advantages, economic and diplomatic, are huge.

They should be removed from the Security Council, be forced to accept inspectors to monitor their huge stockpiles of WMD, and be forced to pay reparations for their many illegal wars and war crimes. Any member of the Bush administration who sets foot outside of the United States should be arrested and tried in international court.
