that's a little crazy isn't it? I'm not totally up to date on 15-year-old's breasts, but I'd guess many of them haven't yet stopped growing at that age?
Those of us over 40 who still have thier own (and no additional) are grateful for that justice.

I had a 37 year old girlfriend who had them done...very nice job ..beautiful...but hard to the touch...something went wrong and she used to go to some doctor to pop them...he squeezed them..i might be hallucinating memories...does this make sense.....she wanted me to squeeze the bejeevers out of them to save her a trip....maybe she was just crazy....

I'm in the battle right now against tattoos and piercings. I suppose I would have an actual cow were it about a boob job. As I see if, if you want to do all that stuff to yourself then you can take care of yourself. Move out, get all you want.
That there are even doctors that would do this sort of thing makes me wonder why the hell we're trying to relax the rules for foreign doctors to practice here.
