The reality in the marketplace is a shortage of beef for slaughter - Farmers are rebuilding stocks from the last embargo.
SK has no ranches for beef cattle. They restrict imports to protect other food producers, yet they need to import large amounts of food. So why they would restrict food imports is a mystery. A country where half the restaurants have barbecues. Perhaps to appease the USA.
