The companies tasked with doing the investigating while under contract are the ones with shareholders and they have an agenda that includes making every action as expensive as possible and down as many blind alleys as possible just so they can keep a slim lead on what should be 'common knowledge'.

He used to be a Floor-hand in Alberta, got laid off now he is a Derrik-hand and is only 20 miles from his home along with the rest of the crew.
