This pipeline means the Kinder pipeline through BC does not need to be twinned. IN fact why not twin the Keystone since they're building it anyway.

Actually it does. The original pipe is getting on in years and should be replaced with a much larger pipe. Especially if flossy is right for once and oil consumption in Canada will peak in a couple of years, which will make that much more available for export.

just retire it.

put two or three of them through the states. Everyone is happy.
