the story of the 'deer and the dog' and picture, were on the front page of our newspaper yesterday,

very touching.

First thing that came to my mind was "bambi chili".

I knew someone would see that in the picture but no, she took care of the fawn for over two weeks until we had to give her over to a woman near Nelson who cares for orphan wildlife.
