Isn't it the terrorist mantra - Go in pieces.
I have lived the simple life - no running water or electricity, living of fish and wild berries and roots. If I wasn't so busted up I would go back there in a heart beat. Simplicity gives you time to view and contemplate the things that are real and important. Living in communion with your environment is unbelievably high and ethereal. Hard to explain to those who have not been there. Two weeks a year just doesn't do it. The rat race sucks the life blood out of a person and makes them slaves to the money lenders.
