Okay, is it okay to say have fun at eating food that is suppose to symbolize the flesh and blood of a person that took upon the body of a man.Ahhh, once again you educate me. How fortunate I feel to have someone with your intellectual ability to teach me the meaning of Holy Mass. The mind boggles at your wisdom and the soul trembles at your wit.......
The bread in the communion symbolizes the flesh of Christ. The wine symbolizes the blood.????
I'm with Gilbert...???????????????Okay, is it okay to say have fun at eating food that is suppose to symbolize the flesh and blood of a person that took upon the body of a man.
Shhhhhhhh. I thought we could try that bubbly pyramid thing.

I did ask you to practice your writing skills. Clearly you did not. Would you explain how a person can take on the body of a man?
Neither symbolizes anything, both are...Oh sorry, I was presuming again. I neglected to keep in mind your superior knowledge of Catholic Eucharistic doctrines.
Jesus took on the body (or form if you prefer) of a man when he came to earth. And know you eat food which symbolizes the flesh and body of that man.
Oh poo. look at the time. Sigh. Oh I was having such a lovely time.
No matter, he'll be that much more fun when I return.
Are you saying that bread is the body of Christ or just bread?
How interesting, funny that wasn't taught in Seminary. Us silly Catholics! We were taught that God (who is not a person by the way) took on the flesh of man and that man was Joshua bar-Jonah, Jesus if you prefer.
And again, read this very slowly so as to see if you can understand what I am writing, It "is", it does not symbolize. Should I try and be more obvious for you?
