It has been well established by level headed people that Islam is not compatible with democracy.

Islam is an ideology which completely contradicts democracy.

I believe that the Kirpan is a religious object that is carried as a last resort to submitting to Islam . I may be wrong .

Neither is Christianity. Most of the early liberal thinkers who postulated ideas of democracy were deists or atheists. BTW - the modern world's most ardent Christians are pretty much brown people as well.

Harris? HAHAHAHAHA!!!! That is TYPICAL civil service propaganda of the WORST SORT!

Walkerton town council got permission about 70 years ago to set up their own independent water supply dept- just like ANY OTHER municipality of similar size could and DID do- town council threw out the provincial operators and took over so they could save money- MORE GRAVY FOR HOGS!.

The first guy hired to operate the Walkerton system was FULLY QUALIFIED- and he was the father of murderous drunk and staunch civil service Hog Stan Kabel. When Dad retired- town council appointed son Stan to take over in spite of Stan being unlicensed! They are LOYAL to their Hogs out there!

THERE WAS NO PROVINCIAL INPUT ON THAT! NO Harris or other Queens Park officials- Walkerton HAD FULL AUTHORITY!

Provincial input consisted of OFFERING ADVICE- that town council IGNORED! And of offering water testing lab services that drunken moron Stan FAKED!

Provincial guidelines suggested that any new town wells that were dug should be put on high ground- with town council saying screw that because low, marshy ground was CHEAPER- and that means MORE GRAVY for HOGS! But low lying ground is swampy and wells in such places produce poor water- but GRAVY IS SACRED TO HOGS! So new town wells went into swamps!

Municipalities are independent- they do not need to seek permission from political Mommy at Queens Park- AND the water system that eventually KILLED seven people was put in place years before Harris appeared.

The low lying Walkerton wells WERE recognized as a source of contamination by the town and the ONE piece of provincial advice that they took- with NO LEGAL NEED to take ANY- was to put TWO water chlorinators on each well so they would have emergency backup if one failed.

To bad NOBODY counted on such a drunken and unqualified Hog as Stan Kabel! And he was not the only drunk in the town civil service! Things got so bad that town councilors RAIDED the works dept lunch room and cleaned out cases of beer and crates of whiskey- its a wonder anything got done in town with the level of drinking on the job!

When the Hogs discovered their alcohol gone they squealed like- well- THEY ARE PIGS! And town politicians told them to shut up or get FIRED- and handed out Alcoholics Anonymous brochures and advised the drunks: if you want to keep your jobs you had better take the pledge! SOON- or we politicians will ALSO be fired for tolerating you drunken idiotd for so long!! This is the dirty drunken SECRET at the heart of the Walkerton water disaster!

Stan Kabel and most of the screw ups stopped drinking so much on the job- many- Like Kabel just got sneaky about it! Which is why Kabel let water chlorinators break down or run out of chemical! He was to busy relaxing with his bottles out in the woods to be bothered doing his job!

He had to submit water samples regularly but he often didnt bother going to each of the wells as it would have cut into his drinking time- which he went to great lengths to HIDE from his bosses! And let me remind you that Kabel was an UNSKILLED MONKEY- he had NO qualifications and simply imitated rather roughly- when he was sober- the things his father had done!

So Kabel would take seven water samples from one well- one with a recently filled chlorinator that was functioning at the time and pretend he had gone to each well to check the equipment and take honest samples! Even worse- as the number of cows in the area grew exponentially and the danger of contamination soared- Kabel decided he did not like the taste of chlorinated water and he dialed the chlorine dispensers WAY BACK- with NO CLUE what the chlorine was being put into the water for! REMEMBER-HE WAS NOT QUALIFIED and had no idea what he was risking !!! And town `leaders` KNEW he was a drunken unskilled idiot and HID THIS FACT!

Of course when people started getting sick and the Walkerton health dept started asking questions it all came out out what a murderous drunken incompetent goof Kabel was and Walkerton politicians panicked- they were afraid that the people whose relatives had died or ben permanently crippled from the bad water might just form a LYNCH MOB! After all politicians in Walkerton HIRED Kabel CHEAP simply because he was unqualified- MORE GRAVY FOR HOGS!

So Walkerton politicians and civil service Hog went to war -trying to HIDE the crap that Hogs are still lying about! And trying to blame Harris for a mess Walkerton Hogs set up years before Harris appeared on the scene- AND the Hogs set up a local water dept that IGNORED any and all advice from Queens Park that might cost a bit of money because Walkerton Hogs did not need advice from city slickers about their water!

So- good luck making people believe that Queens Park and Harris were to blame- that crap is only accepted in Hog union halls and its a lie as poisonously bad as Walkerton water was!
