Sportsnet is airing a wonderful documentary on the RCAF Flyers and their journey to the 1948 Olympics where 'against all odds' they captured the Gold Medal. The team was composed of WW2 airmen. They truly were the little team that could having been beaten in every single game both here at home and then the exhibition games prior to the Olympic events. What a heart-warming story and one to share as We Remember.

I remember them because f the CBC documentry I think. It was a very good story.
