A Vancouver man's S.I.N. has evaporated into cyber space since his mother died a week ago. Our high paid bureaucraps extinguished his instead of his Mother's and he's been told it will be a month until it will be reinstated. Until such time he can't cash any Gov't. cheques. How long would the illustrious Messrs Trudeau and Horgan have to wait to cash their cheques, should such a boon doggle happen to them? Why do we continue to vote for these Assholes?

There's very little chance he'd TAKE a gov't. cheque out of town to cash it but he might decide to cash a cheque already had when out of town. Anyway the exercise isn't meant to make things easier for Trudeau but for the average worker who lives from pay day to pay day and needs the cash shortly after he receives the cheque.

I think if a person may need the S.I.N. in extreme circumstances it is incumbent upon the person losing it to replace it A.S.A.P. If it's a gov't. agency that loses it, it can be recaptured in a matter of seconds and be expedited by Courier to be received no later than the next day. That's what should have been done. If a guy loses it through his own stupidity, that's a different matter entirely.
