"I'm by no means an expert on Rush Limbaugh, was never impressed by his intelligence and every time I saw or heard him I came away with the impression he was a bit of a loser. Not sure why, just the vibes I got."

You and SirJosephPorter and Zzarchov and DurkaDurka and the rest of the jealous, envious hypocritical losers who have no idea what the Hell they are talking about and resent the fact that Limbaugh makes more money one day than all of them combined makes in a year.

Your insults are getting weaker by the second, Jack. Go snort a couple oxycontin's, would ya?

Rush can have all the money he wants, chances are he'll be dead from an drug overdose or obesity within 10 years, his greenbacks won't be of much use when he is rotting in the ground.

"Nothing to reply with, Jack?

Is your pain getting to ya, is your mind fogged by pain killers?"

Since my surgery, I am quite pain free. But thank you for your concern no matter how insultingly you expressed it.

Not unless he has enough influence and smarts to get the law changed that allows placing money in a coffin.

DurkaDurka, at least when Linbaugh is "rotting in the ground" he will be dead.

You are rotting right now. And obviously you have a real live, willing and loving coffin-mate.

Hey Y.J. Why do you get involved in debating forums? You are not very good at it. Maybe you would be better suited to some other past time. Have you thought of knitting?

SirJosephPorter, in your original post you referred to Republicans as a "braying mob".

I know with your linguistic skills you will come up with an explanation.

But am I wrong when I say that the DONKEY is the symbol of the DemocRATic Party? Am I wrong when I say that the sound usually assiciated with donkeys is BRAYING?

Another foot in the mouth, genius? By now you need more than two.

Is that the explanation with your fascination with anything GAY?

BTW, what do you think of the California Supreme Court decision? Burns your a$$ doesn't it? If it had been the opposite, would you have posted a gloating thread by now?

JLM, you may or may not be surprised to learn that I actually know how to knit.

Determining what one is good at is very subjective. No doubt, there are many here who would agree with you. Maybe there are some who might not.

But your latest response reminds me of the words in the Good Book: "Let those without sins cast the first stone".

Notice that you still haven't been able to come up with a response to my post #24.

You did not ask me any question in your post #24 Yukon; you went on your usual extreme right wing rant. It doesn’t deserve any reply.

Making 300 million a year and having an audience of 20 million people a week is a failure only in the eyes of a jealous and envious welfare recipient.

So let us see, the more money a person makes, wiser he is? By that criteria, I am much wiser than you are. George Soros is much wiser than drug addict Limbaugh. Why, Soros makes so much money compared to him Limbaugh looks positively like an imbecile.

I must give you credit for your inventiveness, you really do display ingenuity when defending your hero, the drug addict Limbaugh. This is the weirdest defense I have ever come across. Because the drug addict on loan form God makes a lot of money that means he is wise, he is virtuous and always correct.

Well, in your eyes perhaps, as I said before, you are a dittohead (incidentally, have you been able to think of even one issue where you disagree with your icon, your hero, as I asked you in a previous post? Probably not, I assume to you even the thought of disagreeing with Drug addict on loan from God is blasphemy, a sacrilege).

However, in the eyes of many people Limbaugh is a loud mouth, an extremist and a hypocrite. The fact that he makes a lot of money changes these factors, not at all. I don’t subscribe to your philosophy that because he makes a lot of money, he is right about everything (by your logic, Soros is much wiser than Limbaugh, and I am much wiser than you).

Durka, your "great" intelligence
Is equal to your eloquence

What does that have to with anything, Yukon? Democratic symbol is a donkey, that doesn’t mean Democrats behave like donkeys (well, maybe some of them do).

However, braying mob very accurately describes the far right Republican base. Anybody who dares criticize their God, their icon, the drug addict on loan from God, they pounce on him like sharks, like piranhas. The poor fellow is forced to grovel at the feet of the de facto Republican leader, Limbaugh; he has to abjectly beg his forgiveness.

No, I think braying mob describes the Republican base far more accurately than it describes any Democrat.

As to California Supreme Court decision, that was expected, I had heard it in many places that that is how the court was going to rule. This is comparable to the Dred Scott decision of the US Supreme Court, which declared that blacks are not human being. In one respect, this decision ruled that gays are not human being, do not deserve equal rights.

But then the struggle for civil rights is never a straight line, it is three step forward, two steps back. Both blacks and women had many setbacks I their struggle, it took decades for them to get equality (in the face of opposition by conservatives like you)

But gays are in it for the long haul, the younger generation supports gay marriage by a big margin (even in USA). It is only a matter of time before the decision is overturned (same as Dred Scott decision was overturned).

It may not happen in my lifetime, but as said, civil right struggle spans several decades. I am more than ever optimistic that eventually gay will get the right to marry in USA (I did not think so five years ago).

SirJosephPorter, my post #24 clearly illustrated how woefully and pathetically uninformed and misinformed you are.

Of course you think that if you are repeating the same nonsense, people will eventually believe you. Straight out of Goebbels.

Would you admit that you were a typically loud-mouthed and misguided DemocRAT/liberal (represented by a donkey) when you likened Republicans to a "braying mob"?

Or when in an equally asinine (as in DONKEY) post you likened the Republican to a poodle, but your infinite and infinitely idiotic wisdom referred to the BIGGEST DONKEY as an elephant?

You must be getting real desparate if you claim that you declined to respond to #24 because I asked you no questions. You are more than ready to pounce on anything anybody, question or no question when you perceive that you may be right. You only cower when you realize that you have been cornered and silenced as a rat.

"That was touching, Yukon.

Did Rush write that for you?"

Thank you, and no he did not.

The ball is in your court to reply with one of your "odes".

SirJosephPorter, the perfect and appropriate illustration of a braying mob of DemocRAT donkeys was the screaming, braying mob of idiots on the Washington mall on January 20th, when the most undeserving and unprepared empty suit usurped the highest office in America.

Yukon, if you ask me no question, it is up to me whether to respond to the post. If it is your usual extreme right, hate filled rant (patterned after your idol, the drug addict on loan from God), it doesn’t deserve a response.

However, I notice that you routinely ignore embarrassing questions. So let me try one final time.

Can you name even one issue, one policy where you disagree with your God, your icon, your idol, the drug addict on loan from God, Limbaugh? Or is even the thought a blasphemy, a sacrilege to you?

See, SirJosephPorter, here is where we differ. I reply to all posts that affect me or any of my posts, without being judgemental.

I even respond to idiocy like this:

"Can you name even one issue, one policy where you disagree with your God, your icon, your idol, the drug addict on loan from God, Limbaugh? Or is even the thought a blasphemy, a sacrilege to you?"

I disagreed with Limbaugh in his constant beating on John McCain.
I disagreed with Limbaugh when he mocked Democratic Congressman (deceased) Lantos because of his accent.
I disagreed with Limbaugh when he said that Obama was anti-American.
I disagreed with Limbaugh when he bad-mouthed Colin Powell.

I could go on, but what for?

You are a typical liberal, your mind is made up, facts won't change it.

Side note:

Yukon, you know he reaches an audience of 20 million people because he pays local radio stations right? Don't get me wrong, he's got a good business model as a middle man. Porno studios make lots of money too, so do Casinos and drug dealers. Income is not a measure of competance or moral worth, its a measure of business sense.

If I said "he was a failure financially" you would have a point. He is not. I said he was a failure as a person, and he is.

Yukon, I asked you if you disagreed with Limbaugh on any issues. You give instances where you think his criticism of somebody was over the top, big deal. Most people think that his criticism of somebody is over the top.

So I repeat, can you give even one example of an issue, a policy where you disagree with him? Badmouthing somebody does not constitute an issue or a policy (I could name several issues where I disagree with Obama, issues such as abortion, gay rights etc.).
