It doesn't get more Christian than this. Oh, wait.

Yes, this is a very good thread. It shows that humans can be generous and forgiving. They can also be vicious and malevolent, but I doubt that has anything to do with religion. It is just the nature of the beast. The human race is made up of saints and monsters and every graduation in between.

Good outcome of a potentially bad situation but I am ticked that the cops are still looking for the guy.

Unless they have proof that he completed other robberies, then I would hope they will let this one slide............

This is really about respect, some people are wonderful regardless of what faith they follow.
I have no problem with religion at all, though you won't find me in the pew on Sunday morn.
The people I can't stand are the ones who claim they love Jesus and then display the
meanest of spirit or the Muslims who claim God is Great and then blow innocent people up.
This man is living his faith and it wouldn't matter if there is a God or not, or whether we believe
or not, the fact is he believes and by the look of the letters he is changing peoples lives.
Makes you wonder if the spirit of God exists, then does not, God exist regardless of what we
think God is?

Cool. Not sure why religion was brought into the issue as some people have integrity and compassion and others don't. Once gave a dude my shirt because he was cold and had no shirt on even after he tried kicking me head (he was a little drunk). My car wasn't far off anyway and I had a jacket in it. Someone else might have kicked the crap out of the poor bugger.

There are all sorts of folks in this world. In the case of this fellow, we are given an insight into the basics of humanity. You see a need, you fill it. Thank you, Karrie.
