ISIS renews its call on Canadian Muslims to kill disbelievers in Canada
The Islamic State, also known as IS or ISIS, sent once again a threatening message to Canada. In its monthly online magazine Dabiq published on November 18, ISIS urges Canadian Muslims to join the jihad by indiscriminately killing disbelievers. The following are the relevant excerpts from Dabiq magazine:
“Shaykh Abū Muhammad al-‘Adnānī (hafidhahullāh) – the official spokesperson of the Islamic State – said, “O muwahhidīn [monotheists, meanimg Muslims] in Europe, America, Australia, and Canada… O muwahhidīn in Morocco and Algeria… O muwahhidīn in Khurāsān and al-Qawqāz… O muwahhidīn everywhere upon the face of the earth… O brothers in creed… O people of walā’ and barā’… O patrons of the Islamic State… O you who have given bay’ah to the Khalīfah Ibrāhīm everywhere… O you who have loved the Islamic State… O you who support the Khilāfah… O you who consider yourselves from amongst its soldiers and patrons…
“Your state is facing a new campaign by the crusaders. So O muwahhid, wherever you may be, what are you going to do to support your brothers? What do you wait for while the people have become two encampments and the heat of the war increases day by day? O muwahhid, we call you up to defend the Islamic State. Dozens of nations have gathered against it.
“They began their war against us at all levels. So rise O muwahhid. Rise and defend your state from your place wherever you may be” [Indeed Your Lord if Ever-Watchful].
“He also said, “O muwahhid, do not let this battle pass you by wherever you may be. You must strike the soldiers, patrons, and troops of the tawāghīt [tyrants]. Strike their police, security, and intelligence members, as well as their treacherous agents. Ruin their sleep. Embitter their lives for them and busy them with themselves. If you can kill a kāfir [disbeliver] American or European – especially the spiteful and filthy or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other kāfir from the harbī [military] kuffār [disbelivers], including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill them in any manner possible, regard less of the method” [Indeed Your Lord is Ever-Watchful].”
The same message also appears in an ISIS recent propaganda video entitled “Fight all Infidels” and in which warned all allies of France of upcoming Paris attack-style operations in their homelands.
The almost 12 minute video clip starts with excerpts of the announcement made by ISIS official spokesman Abu Muhammad Al-‘Adnani (ابو محمد العدناني) on March 12, 2015, in which he called on Muslims around the world to join the jihad by indiscriminately killing “infidels” with any means available.
Al-‘Adnani encouraged Muslims to play an active role by reminding them the affect of Michael Zehaf-Bibeau’s attack in Parliament Hill in Ottawa (October 22, 2014) and the fact that the Canadian security forces were on high alert fearing another jihadi attack.
ISIS armed mujaheedin (fighters in the path of Allah), apparently based in the territory of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, echoed the same message directed at countries that are in alliance with France in its war on ISIS and against Muslim countries in general.
Al-Karar al-Iraqi (الكرار العراقي) warned, “We say to the countries that take part in the Crusader campaign, I swear to Allah, your day [of attack] will come just as France…”
Abu al-Gharib al-Jazairi (ابو الغريب الجزائري) said, “This is a message to you [France] and to all of your allies, to your Crusader alliance in North Africa, in the Middle East and many other places such as Afghanistan, Mali, Iraq and Greater Syria… we will conquer France… we will conquer Rome and then a Caliphate that follows the Prophet-hood will be established… we will conquer and govern the world by the rule of Allah…”
The video clip ended with an ISIS official message stating that “France and those [countries] that follow its way should know that they will remain on the top of the target list of the Islamic State… as long as they lead the Crusader campaign.”
ISIS message to Canadian Muslims (September 21, 2014)
“What does Canada have anything to do with you?… O soldiers of the Islamic State, be ready for the final campaign of the crusaders… O America, O allies of America, and O crusaders, know that the matter is more dangerous than you have imagined and greater than you have envisioned…
“And so we promise you by Allah’s permission that this campaign will be your final campaign. It will be broken and defeated, just as all your previous campaigns were broken and defeated, except that this time we will raid you thereafter, and you will never raid us. We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah, the Exalted…
“It is you who started the transgression against us, and thus you deserve blame and you will pay a great price. You will pay the price when your economies collapse. You will pay the price when your sons are sent to wage war against us and they return to you as disabled amputees, or inside coffins, or mentally ill. You will pay the price as you are afraid of travelling to any land. Rather you will pay the price as you walk on your streets, turning right and left, fearing the Muslims. You will not feel secure even in your bedrooms…
“So O muwahhid [Muslim who believe in the oneness of Allah], do not let this battle pass you by wherever you may be. You must strike the soldiers, patrons, and troops of the tawāghīt [tyrants]. Strike their police, security, and intelligence members, as well as their treacherous agents. Destroy their beds. Embitter their lives for them and busy them with themselves.
“If you can kill a disbelieving American or European – especially the spiteful and filthy French – or an Australian, or a Canadian, or any other disbeliever from the disbelievers waging war, including the citizens of the countries that entered into a coalition against the Islamic State, then rely upon Allah, and kill him in any manner or way however it may be. Do not ask for anyone’s advice and do not seek anyone’s verdict. Kill the disbeliever whether he is civilian or military, for they have the same ruling. Both of them are disbelievers. Both of them are considered to be waging war [the civilian by belonging to a state waging war against the Muslims]. Both of their blood and wealth is legal for you to destroy, for blood does not become illegal or legal to spill by the clothes being worn.
“The civilian outfit does not make blood illegal to spill, and the military uniform does not make blood legal to spill. The only things that make blood illegal and legal to spill are Islam and a covenant (peace treaty, dhimma, etc.). Blood becomes legal to spill through disbelief. So whoever is a Muslim, his blood and wealth are sanctified. And whoever is a disbeliever, his wealth is legal for a Muslim to take and his blood is legal to spill. His blood is like the blood of a dog; there is no sin for him in spilling it nor is there any blood money to be paid for doing such…
“If you are not able to find an IED or a bullet, then single out the disbelieving American, Frenchman, or any of their allies. Smash his head with a rock, or slaughter him with a knife, or run him over with your car, or throw him down from a high place, or choke him, or poison him. Do not lack. Do not be contemptible. Let your slogan be, “May I not be saved if the cross worshipper and taghūt (ruler ruling by man made laws) patron survives. If you are unable to do so, then burn his home, car, or business. Or destroy his crops…”
