Understood it perfectly. In this case, it meant "I wanna take a cheap shot at liberals and make a rule that nobody's allowed to respond in kind." Basically on the mental and emotional level of "No tap-backs!"
Colpy, the insane Muslims you hate so much are UK Citizens. In typical Brit fashion they want a tiny number to rule the many. When you anything about ISIS you can substitute the UK and that is who is running the OP. If America is on the 3% split the Saudi is 1% and UK Muslims running the Mid-east parts (for Israel) would be 0.2 % that get any comforts in life and the citizens are cannon fodder.
