I believe Tesla says they will replace the big engine for $12K.

Ferrari engine is $40K minimum.

The electric car revolution is a hundred years old, mentalflush is a non reader, the primary generation of the charge presents a problem best overcome at this time by burning oil and the opositions remedy is what?

Oil is an organic source of energy, it,s 100% dead stuff they say.

Why not burn it?

Fire is 100% organic.

If God didn,t want us to burn stuff what the hell is it doing laying all over the place. Energy grows on trees, every knows that.

Fire is the sudden release of energy that was trapped by organisms, that's for sure.

but costs a lot less than gas

I think it comes down to how far you can drive on one full charge. I would want to see the $/km figure. We can calculate that based upon the price per kilowatt of power, how many kilowatts it takes to charge, and how many kms that will get you. I suspect it won't be as cheap as you think it is.

But as I have said before, there really aren't that many charging stations around. And if you don't own your own home, charging at home is problematic. So more to consider than alleged cost savings.

It,s warm as well , no doubt you like warm, right, no Canadian would be down on warm, these old trapped organisms want to be burned so they can be shuffled along to the next stage, I haven,t been there yet but I,m scientific so there got to be a next stage, in the meantime I recomend burning oil so you can muster the brain cells to reply.
fire rules, yues you will burn the house down arround you if it gets you into tomorrow.
northern hemisphere thinking
were coming for your burnables

Fuk bitcoin I want BTUs

Yes of course central heating was the greatestest invention ever, I don,t think anyone wil argue that assertion

The average north american living room has about three hours of seventy two degrees BTUs in a well insulated house, you got ripped off on the furniture, whatever colour the trash is.

Of course furniture should be purchased according to its mass, who gives a fuk what colour it is. When you have to burn it will your investment be recovered?

The electric car is evolution not revolution, try and catch up to the present Mentalfloses. I,m kidding I don,t know where it is either.

gasoline rules

you can suck it out of the planet in perpetutity, in fact you will become gasoline someday

someday you will have to recognize your place in the fossile fuel chain.

yes your grandchildren will burn you

the finest example of organic fuel is the tree, it alone can transdmutate solar energy into workable chunks of fire

nevermind money, life grows on trees

my wife's vw jetta cost $8500 with 60k on the odometer.
I'm still of the opinion that tesla needs to get competitive or they will not get my business.

in fact the cost savings in gasoline are being ignored.

your front end costs are too high, and so are the scheduled battery replacement costs. either one of these expenses will totally wipe out and destroy the savings.

and you do realize that batteries will often under perform their ratings which are created under ideal conditions. Do not fool yourself into thinking that you can sustain ideal conditions in Canada, not even with moderate commuting requirements

Science will wave it's magic wand.

Allakazam and mysteriously recharging your EV will cost the same per KWh without a road tax at household rates.

imo, if you are serious about electric technology, then get yourself an electric assisted bicycle.

The front end cost is terrible and so is the battery replacement cost. But your cost per year will likely be less than your cellphone bill.

get yourself some outside clothing for canadian weather, then enjoy the health benefit provided by the pedal power portion of your commute.

i put 6000k on calgary bike trails in 6months and loved it.

unfortunately, i nòw live in a much older community where cycling next to motorists is down right dangerous and the drivers are hostile.

i've seen university professors with their $200k salaries getting free charging stations.

unfortunately, this level of subsidy will be replaced with a 'user pays' system before the $25k per year janitors can afford an electric car.

another case where the elite are subsidized, while blue collar workers are shamed.
