Nonetheless, if you're subject to the demands/whims/appetities of a greedy self-serving wholy self-absorbed citizenry who would not abide a more measured and reasonable response to terrorism ...but demand that retribution be exacted from the "enemy"...the Taliban and Al Qeada...(both originating in the homelands of your closest "allies".... and the opportunity to magnify and expand on your opportunity while serving the interests of your mother-country (Israel) with potential to rob the people of Iraq of their freedom and of course their petroleum.....Inthe greater scheme of things....your pals with defense contracts and petroleum junkies.....you'll do exactly what George W. Bush did.
If the bush administration would have carefully explained to 'its' people, how a very
diplomatic approach would be the 'way to go', re: Iraq, not afghanistan, they would
have listened and agreed, (the majority), and a united approach could have been
taken concerning iraq, (and it wouldn't have been hard) as the inspectors, when finished
their hunt for wmds, wouldn't have found anything, so step back, have another approach,
but unfortunately they didn't have the 'interest' in doing that.
The american people are very patriotic and loyal to their presidents, (in general), so
what they hear from 'them' usually is abided by, but they don't seem very bright, as
they should have protested in a very BIG way long ago, on the streets, protesting this
war, and the mistakes of their government, they seem to be waking up now, and
realizing what really happened. Too late I'm afraid.
The man has a failure of personality coupled with a failure to synthesize the greater picture.
Yeah, and he's still walking around with that silly smirk on his face, and has just as big
an ego now, as he did then, 'hasn't learned a thing.
A complete and utter failure from the word go!
It's too bad that failing didn't 'just' affect his own country, but millions afar.
But he is a good "Republican
That doesn't give much 'hope' for the republicans, it will take them a long time
to shed the image he has put upon them, but more will come, as the republicans
will look to be the 'big boss' of the world, and continue to criticize everyone who doesn't
agree with them, I wish Britain would get their backs up a little, and criticize the u.s. instead
of constantly walking shoulder to shoulder in total support of them, poor Blair, out of his position
for siding with bush, but now I hear that he is working in a u.s. university.
