If you order a burger a certain way, they should make it that way. And if not, you politely ask them to make another. It is NOT acceptable to simply take off the wrong bits. That said, if you act like an asshole, you'll. Get lousy service.

....and maybe they remove the lettuce and add a big wad of spit
before you get the burger back. Just say'n.....an always something
to keep in mind with those handling your food out'a your line of sight.

Worked for that in Texas.. received a letter of achievement for going out of my way for the customer..

Maybe a different mindset that I take pride in my job and try to do the best I can, as well as go out of the way for the customer..

Guess that is why when I quit a job, I can go back and get hired immediately..

It's called work ethics..

I think Canada needs to do like Germany and send all youth to the military for 6 months. I bet you they would have better work ethics and maybe be able to land a better job.. just say'in.

So why would you be so stupid as to go to a restaurant where you already know the service sucks? Just sayin'.

Some people just complain on forums and then go again. I would just not go back to that restaurant and look for another one. Is the next restaurant nearby too far for you, or can't you just go home to make yourself a sandwich?

Simple, because I video taped it the second time around.. ;)

Obviously won't be going back there any time soon..

So now that pretty much everyone has decided something outside reality, chev accused me of holding up the drive-thru line, odd being I walked in.. others saying I thought I was better than the staff working there.. don't recall those words..

It was about customer service... but the next time you go to a hotel and the sheets were not changed by mistake, or you go to a restaurant as ask for well done and get burt.. remember this thread.. you lost the right to bitch about the service.. take it and fukk off.

I don't care what a person earns per hour, as I stated I've worked for minimum wage in customer service.. Marrott Hotel. Yeah you get **** on from time to time, but part of you r job is to get past that.. take pride in your job..

It's called work ethics.. seems the Liberals have lost that pride in Canada.

... or maybe it's just people in general who feel they should get paid to sit around and do nothing all day??

Oh come on CNDBear, I expected more from you.. well I guess I'm not bitching about Obama, so you can't use the race card, so it's the people starving card.. ;)

I have a solution to that... have the women not have so many children in a country that.. oh yeah treats women as cattle and can't afford food...

I also blame the Catholic Church for not advocating birth control in countries such as Mexico, Central America.. and so on.

But now that you have posted that image.. I would appreciate you backing it up.. how much of your hard earned dollars did you donate to UNICEF - UNICEF Home last year.. and to Medical Alert you know the guys that give you that nice key chain each year as a thank you.

Personally, I try to give as much as I can to the Red Cross and other charities.. as well as blood. I call it Carma.. may need help myself some day.. just say'in

exactly..

I will add one other note.. female and gay priest.. oh yeah, they already have gay priest. ooops (pedophile gay priests)

O.K. Female priests as other churches allow women to hold title, maybe then Birth Control will become front and center and not so many developing countries will have the poverty level they do today..

The World's population growth is mainly in developing countries such as Mexico.. oh yeah..

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Oh yeah.. FYI.. I hope you guys are all having lettuce today.. personally ,I just can't get over the fact that workers in several countries are to lazy or working to hard to feed their families.. just pull it out and piss on your lettuce.

I'm not worried about the spit burger, I'm worried about what has already been proven.. migrant workers pissing on your lettuce .. hope it's been washed well before you have that roast beef sandwich with lettuce, or Mc Dee's sandwich with lettuce,or just a side order of lettuce.. lol

Romaine lettuce recalled by California company due to possible salmonella | abc7.com

Organic foods from growers you know may be more expensive, but at least you know what you are eating..

Anyone interested in natural strawberry Ice cream?? That Strawberry flavor is beaver anal juice (castoreum).

I heard that 40 plus year old males that have never been married have a far higher propensity to be pedophiles than any other group. Especially those that constantly point fingers at others.

I agree, Gerry but it might be 0.0005% as compared to 0.0001%.

First of all I'm not a Catholic. Birth Control is NOT a natural phenomenon (I hate that f**king word). You screw around with Mother Nature for short term gains and you generally end up paying the piper.

The law says that if you don't make up the $5.12/hr in tips, your employer must pay you enough to meet that standard.

The minimum wage that the employer is required to pay you is, however, $2.13, as you have shown.

So in short, you are working for tips..

Texas is a right to work state, BC should try that.. get rid if those useless unions in places such as Save In Foods.

Yeah, but the alternative is not much better, not being born at all or being born to starve to death.??

Also the problem is their governments that steal food aid and resell it on the black markets.. as what happen in Hati.

We live in a fukked up world..

The government should stay right the hell out of wages period. They will eventually on their own arrive at a level determined by the market place.

Oh come on CNDBear, I expected more from you..
By that you mean a pass right?

I'm so sorry you feel slighted because your burger wasn't how you wanted it, and the reaction you got from the staff was rather lack luster.

I can empathize with the annoyance it must have caused you. I just don't get the days and days of whining about it.

That's a nice nonsensical attempt at rebuttal, to a point that obviously went well over your head.

The rest of your post was similarly nonsensical crap, so I ignored it.

There isn't any problem with your order at the McDonald's Drive-Thru that can be resolved by going inside with a gun

Man opens fire inside McDonald’s

A man opened fire inside a McDonald’s restaurant on Broad River Road in Columbia late Friday night after getting into an argument with an employee at the drive-through window.
No one was hurt.

According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, a man and a woman got into a verbal altercation with an employee while in a car at the restaurant’s drive-through window at about 11:40 p.m. The man and woman then entered the restaurant, the man carrying a gun. They continued the argument, and the man fired a shot into the floor.

The couple left the scene, but deputies found their vehicle several blocks away from the restaurant that’s located at 1729 Broad River Road, according to sheriff’s department spokesman Curtis Wilson. Deputies are seeking two persons of interest.

...a pass no, but are you telling me you personally have never have a bad experience at a restaurant, hotel, gas station, where ever.. has it not frustrated you??

You see I have worked for minimum wages and worked my way up to management.. I just feel that people in customer service should take pride in their work.. work ethics.. and if they don't like dealing with the public, find another career.

I do find there is a big difference between Canada and the USA as far as customer service.. the USA beats Canada hands down.

Of course I have.

Yep.

I just don't make such a big deal about it. I get what I ask for, or I just take my business elsewhere.

In the grand scheme of things, it just isn't that important.

Hence, the meme. You're bitching about lettuce on a burger, while people haven't so much as s sesame seed to eat.

That really puts first world problems into perspective.

What do people like that do when they have real problems? Take an AK 47 to the shopping mall?
