Either that or they are looking to short Syncrude... Sure is funny though, I didn't hear the US Feds pissing and moaning when they gave the approvals for the bitumen upgraders in New Jersey(?) that exist solely to refine AB/Sask oil sands.

I think that they either added to the already existing refinery presence there or re-fit some of the existing facilities.... But regardless of what state they are actually in, the US Feds were ecstatic to have the facilities located there as well as the jobs and the gas/oil inventory.

I guess that the dirty oil wasn't so dirty back then.

I wonder if those upgraders in NJ use dirty coke, dirty nat gas and dirty coal to cook, pump and distribute the dirty oil or are they solar powered? Oil is just stored up sunshine anyway what's the problem?

Besides, not using Canadian heavy oil and synthetic crude only kills rainforest, lemurs and Amzonian Indians and makes corrupt foreigner politicians rich and buys more guns for terrorists.

I get the lame attempt towards the "Poll" tax, which should have been "Pole" if you were refering to a man's genitals, but what the hell do women extract on a regular basis?
