So I just heard there is so far, no plans to evacuate Florida because of this storm.

A landfall in Florida, Georgia or the Carolinas is all in the realm of possibilities. Irma could also head into the eastern Gulf of Mexico.

Another scenario still on the table is that Irma curve northward and miss the East Coast entirely. This would still generate large surf and rip currents along the East Coast. However, this scenario is the least likely to occur at this point.

Looks to me the lows will suck Irma north and then the highs currently over the mid states will keep it just off shore and push it north up along the coast.

Metallic particles let loose at high altitude heat up via the sun and as they descent they warm up the air which prevents water vapor from forming so it doesn't rain when it naturally would. I can see them spreading oil on water but as far as being able to control it via haarp is a crock. They can sent lots of energy up but they have no idea what will happen. They are probably just quite good at weather forecasting while we get a 5 day outlook that may not even happen is a con for the most part to justify making the wrong calls more often than not.

Can they heat up the surface water to make bigger storms? (using the same method only the hot metal hits the water where hurricanes form) That would be the excuse the US could use for 'circling the wagons' and let the rest of the world police itself. (oddly enough it goes smoother)
