This is what mcdonalds "food" does to people. Drives them batsh!t crazy. It should be outlawed. Drugs are illegal cause they're suppose to be bad for you, but mcdonalds is just fine
Speaking of sh!t , it does that too ... and fast!

You can't blame those poor people for being upset, just look at them, they look like they are positively starving to death.

yeah I'm not... this is LITERALLY more calories than I should consume in a day EVEN if I walk 10,000 steps and swim in the morning...

f*cking metabolism as we age SUCKS

I used to see these big fat women and hear them whining "but I don't eat much"...liars... but they aren't...once past 50 if you are highly active 1500 calories is about it...and a glass of wine is 200

I don't even know what a burger looks like any more... :-(

In my younger days I had a metabolism off the charts, just yoga and a daily walk and I could out eat my obese friend...all good things end eventually

Educate me, Sal (if that is possible):) You hear about all these people who get their stomachs stapled etc. so they are not processing all the food they eat. Wouldn't eating less work just as well?:)

but they can't eat less by themselves...and therein is the problem

once you've had that type of invasive surgery (lap band is less invasive but there are terrible side effects that can and do happen) you eat like a bird, you likely go from 6000 calories down to less than average all forced by stomach size. The stapling they don't even do unless you are morbidly obese

it will work for a small percentage, the rest will slowly begin to stretch the stomach again or stop getting the shots of saline into the lap band

I know someone that had the lap band placed and is now bolimic because she simply can not go through the day with that small calorie intake so she eats and purges

as for stomach stapling, every one I've ever heard of, and I've only personally known one, made his way right back up to the weight he had been before

human nature I guess...after a major medical issue that could kill people and could be controlled by diet, there is only 10% dietary compliance after a year

so death does not deter us from eating...it's bizarre actually

my neighbour bought a scooter because his diabetes is killing the nerves in his feet, he won't stick to the diet so he bought a scooter...8O

Very sad situation all around! (I have a sweet tooth, but I find just not buying the garbage works fairly well)

yeah me too but I wanted a treat so I had jelly beans in mind since only 4 calories per bean means I can eat a ton, OR I wanted the Presidents Choice popcorn that has white chocolate and peppermint........so we were looking for the popcorn which we couldn't find and then I forgot about the beans....piss me off

and I don't keep sweets in the house either because I have zero restraint...ZERO

I have to allow myself a treat...buy it, eat it and that's it until treat time rolls around again

You want to know a neat little trick? Whenever you think of food, weight, hunger etc. just start moving. Walking up steep hills works- two fold, burns calories and build muscles. Do it every day.:)
