Wait... weren't you saying he was evil? I said he didn't make the cut. We all know Hugo likes to be seen and heard.
Evilness but that's okay. As long as he isn't one of the assholes that are gunning people down and giving away heating oil to people in Philly or Pittsburgo because they don't need it in Caracas can't be that evil. A bit loopy but not so evil.

theatre. America needs Chavez, for a number of reasons. One America needs the
oil, they need Chavez as a target for verbal lashing as Americans believe everything
they are told. In South America the United States is a friend on Monday and the
Yankee Imperialists on Wednesday. They need each other. South America is on the
rise from an economic standpoint and Chavez complains about America because his
nations Socialist failure is being eclipsed by left wing success in Brazil, Argentina and
other parts of that continent. The whole thing is a massive distraction from the fact
that both America and Mister Chavez need each other so people won't catch on that
both countries are in one hell of a pile of trouble.
