They should spend their energy figuring out how to get traffic moving faster. It takes forever to drive through Kelowna.

I worked for years on the Downtown East side of Vancouver in the poorest postal code of Canada... and the people I met that were homeless, down on their luck, addicted to drugs, mentally ill, etc.... were SURPRISE... real people with feeling and stories ... they helped each other out... they were a community...
Some were well read... some were well trained and educated... most were not thieves or criminals... and all had more heart then you have shown on here with your prejudice towards someone who sleeps on the streets.

It is the right of every Canadian to just drive over road obstructions if they must.

How do I get the stains off my bumper?

Every Canadian citizen has the right to just collapse where ever and when ever they have to. Where are our hearts?

If I'm obstructing traffic have mercy, if it's not to much trouble. I apologisze if I've impeeded your progress in this great land, because of some disability like drunkeness or drug addiction or fatigue.

I've always said and generally found most people have a reason for being the way they are.
