Blackcomb opened long before. The new chairs started in 85 or 86. Maybe Im think Village Chair to Whistler Mtn or both.

Garbage dump? I read about a place decades ago that made a ski hill out of a garbage pile. Ontario?

No snow at sea level on the southern half of the island. Decent for summer runoff at higher elevations. Pt. Hardy apparently got enough to make a mess.
