By NOT declaring nuclear capabilities, Israel doesn't have to let inspectors in!

Iran has the legal right to do this under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which both the United States and Iran (but not Israel) have signed. Contrary to the propaganda being "catapulted" by the NeoCon warhawks, it is NOT a simple matter to make weapons from power station components. And, no evidence has been found by the IAEA that Iran is doing anything other than building a power station.
