Big Brother U.S. Government Subpoenaed Amazon.com to Obtain Book Purchasing Records of Customers

'Newly unsealed court records have revealed that the U.S. government issued a subpoena to Amazon.com seeking to obtain the identities of customers purchasing books through the Amazon marketplace. The snooping attempt was blocked by U.S. Magistrate Judge Stephen Crocker who wrote in a recently-unsealed ruling, "Well-founded or not, rumors of an Orwellian federal criminal investigation into the reading habits of Amazon's customers could frighten countless potential customers into canceling planned online book purchases".'

… THE TASER AGENDA

The David Icke Newsletter Goes Out This Weekend

The prime role of Taser technology is the same as the electric shocks that mice receive in laboratory behaviour-control experiments. The mice are shocked each time they try to enter certain channels and eventually they stop trying. The fear of being shocked is enough to control them and that’s the real role of the Taser.

The videos of people being Tasered, and the stories of those who die, are no problem for those in real authority. They want people to see this because it is saying … ‘Look what will happen to you if you don’t obey’. An article I saw about the Taser XREP included this line from the writer: ‘We’ll behave ourselves, officer, but please, just point that thing somewhere else’.

That’s exactly the mentality that the Taser is designed to instil ...

... It shows how far we have come down the Orwellian road that the Taser.co.uk website can say that the Taser is a ‘proven solution for stopping violence’. Hitting another human being with 50,000 volts of electricity is considered to be ‘stopping violence’. Ahh, but you see the authorities are never violent, even when they are pepper-bombing cities.

Only the people are violent. The authorities merely employ the ‘use of force’.

'By now you've heard that the CIA destroyed videotapes of interrogations of alleged Al Qaeda members. The interesting part of this story is that the 9/11 Commission claimed that it obtained most of its information about the attacks from these interrogations (and then only indirectly as reported by the military to the Commission; the Commission never met the alleged detainees, was not allowed to submit questions to them directly, nor was it allowed to question the alleged interrogators to assess their credibility).'

Stretch...howdy! :)

I agree that human beings have made a terrible mess of things, but the really disappointing feature of this nonsense is that we haven't learned anything over thousands of years....

Or have we?

The pictures and videos we see elicit an immediate response, and in many ways that's exactly the product of brainwashing disguised as advertising and "news" that keeps the corporate and government juggernauts plowing poison into the earth and paving over the planet to keep the wealthy in comfort and power. We like things the way they are.

We like accepting the notion that some external "force" is responsible for our obesity, our ADD and ADHD children, poverty and the gargantuan spread of illness and injustice throughout the planet.

We celebrate the extermination of the Taliban and Al Queada and if a few hundred or a few thousand are killed in the effort that's perfectly acceptable.... We pretend that our individual voices find resonance in our "election-process", when in fact we know if we examine the legislation and the laws that our governments pass every so often that the outcomes from those ideas are already made by business and money-brokers.

While this situation is disturbing, it's the only way the "locked-in" mentality of the great unwashed masses "see" life.

It may not be possible to effect change, because those changes necessary to resolve most if not all of humanities difficulties start at the personal level and involve critical thinking and considered judgment, two things that are regularly pre-empted by "belief" and "ideology".

I'm tired of what passes for "informed opinion" when it comes to most things in life, because once the prejudice and bull is stripped away, there's little difference between Cro Magnon Man and Postmodernity Mankind.

We freely choose to abandon beauty and peace in the name of greed and personal satisfaction. The mess we're in is because this way of dealing with life is habitual and enough people are comfortable and satisfied with this life the way it is to spare time money effort and attention to making life miserable for others....

Ain't life swell!

I disagree, Cro Magnon's life was better than ours. Way better, more fish and game and more living space that hadn't been poisoned by man yet. In the past we had a future:smile:

'Using Taser twice on motorist who was no threat to anyone is fine, it was his own fault'
'... former prosecutor Tom McKean tells us the Utah cop who tasered a motorist twice — not for posing a threat, not for acting violent, but for disobeying an order — was within his right to do so. I mean, after all, we can’t have people refusing to obey orders.

“This was an individual who was disobeying a lawful order,” says McKean, “walking away, acting in an inappropriate manner… when you are pulled over by the police, you obey them.”

According to McKean, the “officer is not out of control,” he didn’t kick the motorist, it wasn’t a “racial issue,” so what’s the big deal.'

NYPD tricking innocent people into committing nonexistent crimes, then charging them with felonies!
Find a wallet, go to jail? New York undercover cops have been leaving wallets and purses around in public spots in the city, then arresting anyone who picks them up and doesn’t present them to a nearby uniformed officer. Some arrestees have otherwise clean records and say they intended to use ID inside the bags to notify the rightful owners. Putting money inside the bags didn’t lead to serious enough charges, in the coppers’ view, so they began salting them with live American Express cards so that the finders could be charged with grand larceny, with four years behind bars.

Don't these cops have real criminals to chase, like, say... a President who lied this nation into one war and got caught trying to lie us all into a second one?

real criminals are too hard to catch...that would mean work

Elite Depopulation Agenda Gains Ground
'Another prominent scientist has thrown his weight behind the long term agenda to implement measures to stem the population of the planet, a view that is gaining ground with increased pressure on governments to act over climate change as the justification. The Medical Journal of Australia has published a report by a professor who suggests that couples with more than two children should be charged a lifelong tax to offset their extra offspring's carbon dioxide emissions.'
The global warming scam is now being used to justify taxing people for having children.

'Consensus' Shattered As Major Scientific Study Says Global Warming Is Natural

Better tell the Sun then.

'The so-called scientific consensus that global warming is man-made has been shattered with the release of a major new study backed by three universities which concludes that climate change over the past thirty years is explained by natural factors and that attempts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions are irrelevant.

Climate scientists at the University of Rochester, the University of Alabama, and the University of Virginia report that temperature fluctuations over the past three decades are not consistent with greenhouse model predictions and more closely correlate with solar activity.'

As David Icke has been saying over and over - it's the SUN!The global warming scam is taken apart in his new book, The David Icke Guide To The Global Conspiracy (And How To End It).

Skeptical Scientists Urge World To ‘Have the Courage to Do Nothing' At UN Conference
"Climate change is a non problem. The right answer to a non problem is to have the courage to do nothing," Monckton told participants.

The climate is ALWAYS changing. It is never static. The Earth just came out of an ice age; of COURSE it's getting warmer. But snake-oil politicians have taken a natural phenomenon and turned it into a man-made disaster curable ONLY if you surrender your freedoms and your money to them.

Those same NYC police beat and tortured 4 black men into confessing that they committed the ''wilding'' incident. Racists such as Rush Limbaugh had a field day when those ''confessions'' were announced in that they ''proved'' that black men were all out to rape every white woman they could get their hands on.

Years later it was discovered through DNA evidence that the wilding incident did not take place.

To this day, none of the police were ever thrown in jail and Limbaugh never apologized for his racist remarks.

Merck drug company injecting cancer viruses in vaccines

'This stunning censored interview conducted by medical historian Edward Shorter for WGBH public television (Boston) and Blackwell Science was cut from The Health Century due to its huge liability--the admission that Merck drug company vaccines have traditionally been injecting cancer viruses (SV40 and others) in people worldwide.'

Big Machines Parked In Orbit - Black Ops, Star Wars Or ET? Or All Of The Above?
'What you are about to see is quite remarkable. It seems that some of the stars above us are not stars at all...as you shall see. A young man by the name of John Lenard Walson has discovered a new way to extend the capabilities of small telescopes and has been able to achieve optical resolutions - at almost the diffraction limit - not commonly achievable.
With this new-found ability, he has proceeded to videotape, night and day, many strange and heretofore unseen objects in earth orbit. The resulting astrophotographic video footage has revealed a raft of machines, hardware, satellites, spacecraft and possibly space ships which otherwise appear as 'stars'... if they appear at all.'
