Interesting bit about him recently divulging mortgages on several more properties plus having remortgaged his long time home many times over the years, taking it from 58 thou to 300,000. A one time liberal lawyer, now a broke socialist. No more free rent at Stornoway.

In all fairness, the comments about him doing multiple mortgage re-financing are a bit of a cheap shot. There are several perfectly valid reasons for doing so that have nothing to do with poor money management, like cash for your child's post secondary education, taking advantage of lower mortgage rates, increasing the equity in your home/home improvements, etc.

Most of this stuff is just rumors. So far.
The NDP are famous for their inability to handle finances. Socialist thinking always destroys profitability and financial stability.
Too bad, because I believe the NDP are very sincere in their policies to serve the people but their policies are not feasible in this wicked world. However, I think they would have been at least as competent as the Liberals. They couldn't have been worse!

Well perhaps this year he is fascinated with Grant Notley's last gasp at so called politics.
