At least two sources of poison may have been used to kill two dogs and sicken four others in a Toronto city park, police said Tuesday, as they warned dog owners to keep their dogs leashed in the area.
Toronto police Det. Suzanne Pinto said that a soggy pile of bread found in the park may have been soaked in antifreeze, the same substance believed to have contaminated a drinking bowl for pets.
Pinto said the bread will be analyzed but that most likely it was soaked in antifreeze.
"At this time it is not safe at all for any dog owner to have their dog off-leash in the park where they could easily gulp this off the ground within a second," she said.

This is a stepping stone for any sociopath on their way to bigger and nastier things.

Dogs should be on the leash and water given from a bottle brought from home. Teach your dog never to eat anything off the ground. Dogs love the taste of antifreeze, it will kill them slow and horribly if they get enough in them.

The sooner the police catch this person, the better for everyone.

Yes of course, very good advice for dog lovers and psycopath haters. Mistreatin animals is one of the indicators ain't it?

Most people need to work themselves up to killing humans. Outside of killing in the heat of passion, it takes a little time to work out the means measures.
