I am a bit alone watching it. My wife just checks in every once in a while. During the 3rd period of game 5 my daughter asked if she could turn it to "her shows". lol. Fat chance kiddo.
she's definitely not a hockey fan, as she would know what a dangerous question that is.
we had friends long ago, when the children were quite young, whom we visited quite often, BUT when
a hockey game was on, HE had a room in the basement, which he went into, closed the door, and no one
was allowed in there. We didn't go there on hockey days anyway, and we watched all of the hockey
games with all of our kids around us, but they soon loved the hockey just as much as we did, guess
we were just lucky, and we didn't care about surrounding sounds, could watch anyway.
in no time at all, when she was very young, one of our daughters knew all of the
players on all of the teams, what kind of skates they wore, what color the laces
were, how their sox fit, etc etc., no kidding, things we never noticed at all, just
the neat things a seven year old will begin to pick up, and she never stopped their,
she eventually knew much more than we did about all of the players all over the NHL,
their age, their size, were they started their careers, and where they are now, and
on and on it went.
