Thanks, tallola. Will have to read your posts with much more attention then I won't make needless comments.
nothing needless, I wasn't correcting you, not at all, keep
on with your opinions, I am enjoying them very much.

Rick I'm not sure if they can bounce back and win this series, The only way they could get a goal was with a two man advantage. Out on a limb here......The Canucks in five or six games. Four games wouldn't surprise me......
;-)
they've only played one game juan, and if we see chicago
come out and play the same as they did last night, then
I might agree with you, but not until then.
One game doesn't tell the whole story, and canucks must
continueing playing the way they did last night, and if
Luongo had not been at the top of his game in the
first period, results would have been much closer, they
missed chances and he made some great saves.
And we missed chances too, and their goalie made some great
saves in the first period.
Sure canucks could win this thing in four or five, but that
would mean that chicago won't be able to improve their
game, and they didn't finish second in the west because
of poor play 'all' season, although there were many games where they 'just' didn't apply the work required to win, they have lots of talent, and
they must find a way to show that, by outworking us.
GO CANUCKS GO

Well thank you for that, tallola. Coming from someone with so much NHL knowledge I appreciate you saying so.
CBC was showing Stanley Cup Classics last night, and darn if I didn't decide to watch it. Not being a fan for so many years, I had no idea what the outcome was. It was a game where the NY Rangers played the Canucks and won. Sorry I didn't catch what year it was, but am sure you know. Not knowing the outcome made it quite exciting to watch even though it was awhile ago. Gave me a better understanding of how players have changed, rules have changed, and how the game is so much faster now. If they show anymore, I will be watching.
I think I have caught the hockey bug.
That was probably 1994 when the Canucks were one goal post away from winning the Cup. I remember Trevor Linden coming out of that series looking like he'd been run over by a freight truck. A lot of heart that kid.
from 2-0 and loose 4-2 it is obvious the chemistry was broken on the offensive and the defensive line.
The Canucks must win game 3.....:canada:
AgreedI think Vancouver's defense could take some of the blame for tonight's loss. There was almost always a Chicago player on top of Luongo...
Yes he's someone who needs to step up-as is he's doing an archetypical Euro-Fade.And Demitra is a step too slow, and can't keep up with the play, doesn't help anything.

Luo should have stopped at least three of those goals but he got no help from the defense. And you're right about the other goaltender. He stopped just about everything early on.
Agreed
