Yes- Horvath has definitely exposed herself as being UNFIT to lead us in anything!

And we should all REMEMBER how often NDPers either directly supported Wynne-bag LIE-berals or else insisted that LIE-beral plans were not grand and costly enough- in spite of doubling our provincial debts!!!!

Major swaths of Ontario are devolving into a rust belt, dulling the economic fortunes of millions of its citizens.
(It also explains why there is so much rural rage against LIE-beral polices- a bunch of Ontarians dealing with frozen wages , reduced hours of work and fixed incomes from inadequate private pensions simply CANNOT deal with mad LIE-beral taxes and gravy grabs!)
That’s the suggestion of a new Fraser Institute report that breaks down job growth numbers by regions to discover that many parts of the province have yet to bounce back from the 2008-09 recession.
(And now these already suffering citizens will have the pleasure of dealing with the trade war LIE-berals have started by ignoring national security issues!)
The Five Solitudes of Ontario report — written by public policy expert Ben Eisen and economist Joel Emes — found that when the Kathleen Wynne government boasts about creating jobs, it’s really talking about the Greater Golden Horseshoe (GGH) around Toronto and Ottawa.
(LIE-berals are unaware that Ontari-owe extends beyond districts where civil service union Hogs choose to live! And since virtually ALL the good jobs created by LIE-berals are with the civil service it means that people in small towns- away from GTA- do not get a fair share of those Hog jobs! The situation looks even sillier when we realize those Hog jobs are paid for with BORROWED money that we will have a desperately hard time paying back- over MULTIPLE generations!)
There are common challenges between southwestern Ontario, which has lost a large chunk of its manufacturing sector, and the so-called Rust Belt in neighbouring U.S. states, Eisen said.
At the individual level, these economic statistics represent long stretches of unemployment and lost opportunities. “The human cost is very real,” he said.
(LIE-berals also choose to IGNORE the thousands of older workers who have been forced out of work as jobs and companies close and into a retirement that they cannot afford thanks to LIE-beral taxes growing much faster than frozen incomes!)
Southwestern Ontario has seen average annual employment growth of only 0.4% since the recession, while eastern Ontario and northern Ontario have lost jobs.
The provincewide job growth figures spouted by the government disguise the real pain felt in major regions of Ontario, Eisen said.
(LIE-berals are very fond of lumping gross civil service pay raises in with general private sector raises as a way of HIDING how much better Hogs are doing than anybody else thanks to LIE-beral vote buying!!! By lumping high Hog raises in with paltry private sector raises things average out and minimize how little private sector is really getting compared to Hogs!)
“Ontario is such a large province that even these solitudes that we’re talking about with smaller populations still, when combined, they include millions of residents,” he said. “The population of southwestern Ontario as we define it in our report is comparable in size to the Maritime region of Canada.”
Across Ontario, job growth can be described as “quite weak” but the GGH has made back the jobs it lost in 2008-09, according to Eisen.
Total employment in Ontario outside the GGH was down to 2.173 million in 2015, compared to 2.237 million in 2008, the report says.
Eisen said the findings raise serious questions about whether government job growth policies need a major rethink.
(LIE-beral job growth policies involve creating unaffordable civil service union jobs- complete with high wages, low productivity levels- call them Lazy Hogs- and solid gold pensions and very steady accumulation of debt because we cannot afford to pay Hogs what they think they are entitled to!! Once the debts get too big and Cdns get sufficiently enraged and throw LIE-berals out- it will be left to other politicians to figure out how to pay down the LIE-beral massive debts, how to tend to the teeming swarms of illegals who lack the language and education skills to survive in Canada without costly govt aid, and it will be left to other leaders to figure out how to deal with such things as the Kinder Morgan pipeline which LIE-berals are so deeply committed to LYING to us about as LIE-berals DO NOT want to admit their preference is for KILLING the Alberta oil patch so there is NO reason to ever finish Kinder Morgan! But LIE-berals do not want to tell us the truth for fear of losing votes- so they LIE!!!)
