Well nothing has changed. What is your subterfuge game here?

If you are looking for subterfuge I could create it but there isn't any.

The moral of the story is nothing is going to change when it comes to a non-partisan project that is heading into it's fourth decade CO2 tax schemes be damned.

The declaration of "speeding up infrastructure plans" means it will be Liberals "ramming pipelines down people's throats".

APG and APG corridor projects are massive and there is no shortage of construction equipment and trained operators sitting idle.

One thing is certain the East isn't going to be happy to see the lion share of infrastructure money continue to go West.

The real question should be, "Why the fukk isn't it there?" Righty McHarpo had lots of time.

Harper was a diddler famous for making excuses as to why things couldn't get done. As a "conservative" he couldn't balance a budget and pumped billions into the CBC.

Looks like you've solved the problem. I think.

Actually Harpo cut the CBC budget just like every government in the previous 20 years.

I did? Nah, I've simply been following APG and its precursors for the past 20 some years. Piece by piece is has been falling into place and the pace of development has been increasing steadily.

I agree. What was that thing old Trudeau suggested, NEB maybe.

You got a license for my oil ,how? This is a matter of national security an issue that could be settled by force. The entire province could be expropriated.

With Justine at the helm?... Now THAT is hilarious

We will make it so domestic producers fully satisfy Canadian market reguirments and a three year reserve capacity will be law before any surplus is deemed exportable

Ok, done.... You got the cash?

The old Trudeau believed that Canadian oil should be for Canadians, but everyone out west hated him for that.

You haven't really captured the true spirit of the dead Trudeau's master plan.... Only after someone else put up the cash to execute the E&P and taken the heinous risks associated with it, did Trudeau believe that it belonged to all Cdns.

He found out pretty quick that no one in the West was interested in taking him up on this most generous offer.

It still isn't a radical idea.

It's still easily accomplished; all it takes is money.... A sh*t load of money
