So are you saying that 'we' (North Americans) could not find some way to make drone warfare a failed operation and spying and targeting a resourceful (and access to needed resources) 'terrorist'. With Israel's grenade carrying drone 'available' then that leaves the way for the 'grenade' be anything from a directed HE blast to a miniature air/fuel munition. LED's will blind a camera as far as seeing any details in the immediate location.
The best offense for the drones would be to bring in a spotting camera that is dropped off in a 'sniper' location and 3 of them could link up to triangulate on a target so a 'grenade' could be delivered by a hi-speed drone or high flying air-craft or over the hill artillery piece. That would be the new 'car bomb' so no area could be made safe no matter how closely the vehicles were searched.
To keep track of the citizens for tax purposes just give every person their own bar-code and that could be used to 'purchase things' and the banks would have that sorted into the various expense categories.

The US airforce is a pile of junk. It hasn't a hope except swift destructuion, and yes that w3ill yeild return.
