:lol::lol::lol:.....Ah Jeez, Liberalguy.

Usually el Priesto places the host in your hand. If you don't want it, keep your hands folded in front of you; which is what he should have done. Then he would have taken shyte for not accepting bla bla bla.

If he had remained seated, he would be showing "disrespect" according to the media......lose lose lose.

Looks good on him.

Anyone know what brand of hair spray he uses? Looks like the same as Jimmy Swaggart's.

PRRRRRRRAAAAIIIIIZZZZZZZZZZZZ
GEEEEEZZZUZZZ!!!!

Let's see:
-if you're not Catholic, you're not supposed to take communion. Harper didn't join the line, he stayed in his seat.
-the Archbishop has the authority to offer communion to non-catholics, if he wishes. It was the Archbishop who specifically offered it to Harper.
-there is a precedent that, as long as you have the faith in your heart, accepting communion is not a problem. Everyone says Harper is a Christian of some denomination.
-Harper may or may not have eaten the cracker, his office may be lying or not.
-Who the **** cares? Don't we have any real issues to worry about?

Don't we have any real issues to worry about?

The real issue is that he dis-respected the Body of Christ which means that he doesn't really care about Jesus and the Christian voters.

Liberalman, Trudeau, Chretien and Martin were all Catholics.

They all supported abortion with enthusiastic vigour.

Harper is NOT a Catholic. He is not obliged to treat the Host in any special way.

So, be honest for the first time on these forums: Is Harper any bigger hypopcrit than yout Liberal idols?

Only if you believe that a cookie is Jesus.
Or, more to the point, only if you believe that everyone in Canada must understand and follow the protocols of the Roman Catholic Church, and is given no room for error.

If a Prime Minister snubs Chistianity then why should the Bible Belt voters in Alberta vote for the Conservative party.

With all the Conservative party's broken promises it shows that honesty is not high on their agenda and power have corrupted the Conservatives and they must be voted out of power so they're healing can start.

Some people are tolerant of those of other faiths, who may not know the intricacies of a particular cult.

Others, like our OP, are not.

As my uncle once said, what the Christian religions need is a little more Christianity, and a little less religion.

Liberalman, don't confuse Roman Catholicism with Christianity.

All Catholics are Christians, but not all Christians are Catholics.

The Host, in the form of a wafer is exclusive to Catholics. If and when Harper (or any non-Catholics) take communion, it is NOT a wafer, but usually a piece of bread.

Much of those broken conservative promises are trumped by the memories of liberal party theft. The bible-belters are far more offended by stealing than lying.

If you have any trouble recalling the scandals, let me know as Albertans have very long memories when it comes to eastern liberal abuses.

Quite possibly, The man understands himself to be not in need of Grace from any God. The least he could have done was quietly politely partake, unless his constituents were there shooting film.
Of course a third option, the Archbishop himself wanted to offer the Body of Christ to a non-practicing Catholic, which I am only speculating, thinking that the man could use some added Grace.

Captain are you saying it's better to have a government that lies and since the government is not telling the truth then they must be stealing right?

Talk about broken promises of the Conservative party.

Accountability
Transparency
Not extending the Afghanistan mission past 2009
Fixed election dates
Changing same sex marriage to civil unions- this promise was to the Bible Belt Christian voters
No deficits
Just to start and we can’t forget about press conferences where the Prime Minister won’t answer any questions

And the list goes on

The Conservative party has lost it’s will to govern

Liberals have a good track record of making it right

You're kidding...

Accountability - Adscam, HRDC Boondoggle, Shawinigate, Dingwall, EI Fraud
Transparency - Chretein and the Bank of Canada let alone just Chretein
Not extending the Afghanistan mission past 2009 - Recall who put us there?
Fixed election dates - GST
Changing same sex marriage to civil unions- this promise was to the Bible Belt - It had the most support in central Canada hence the reason that Chretein and Martin chickened-out on yet another promise.
Christian voters
- What about them? You are the only with the problem on this.
No deficits - Trudeau and Turner and Chretein

Just to start and we can’t forget about press conferences where the Prime Minister won’t answer any questions
- Just to the CBC.. And Good for him, many people are happy that Harper closed the door on that gvt sponsored liberal mouth-piece.

The liberals have lost their right to govern. The public at large still recalls tehir thieving ways and has not supported them in the last 3 elections... Chretein went from strong majorities to slim minority under martin and out and out rejection of te hliberals in the last 2 elections.

The only track record that the liberals have developed in the last 15 years is in honing their skills that relate to fraud and theft.

Captain are you saying it's better to have a government that lies and since the government is not telling the truth then they must be stealing right?

You forgot to answer the first question because you know that the Conservatives are making the Liberal party look good by not keeping their Conservative promises.

And with a $50 Billion growing deficit it will take the Liberal government to get back to a surplus and you know it.

You being a Captain you should be able to hear the Conservative ship's captain yelling these words Mayday Mayday Mayday Conservative ship sinking fast All Hands Abandon Ship, All Hands Abandon Ship,Mayday Mayday mayd.......

As a Catholic, let me tell you, I've been crying all morning because someone didn't fully understand a part of mass that it's taken me more than half my life to wrap my head around. I was crushed, devastated. I don't know how I'll recover.
