Seems that her Timbits and honey glazed donuts are burning

Admittedly, the comparison with lightning is a bit extreme but still valid. According to Environment Canada, about 10-12 Canadians die every year from lightning strikes. All the terror attacks in Canada last year resulted in only deaths. Ergo, lightning poses greater danger than terrorism. So, all this government fear mongering about terrorism is totally out of touch with reality. Terrorism is a real danger just not the danger the government claims. Tax money is better spent on other areas with better return on investment prospects.

Northern Ontario,
Just like safety measures prevent accidents....isn't it possible the anti terrorist measures we already have are the cause for our low terrorism incidents?
Isn't the goal reducing it to zero as in workplace safety measures.....getting complacent as you suggest is sure to result in failure...non?

Nah everyone knows safety measures are just there to make work more difficult. And the left just likes to complain about good government.

Talking about yourself in the third person again or too stupid to recognize sarcasm without the purple print?

The government should start a new game show for TV it could be called "Find A Fear"
They could identify each fear they want to exploit and set up a budget to finance the
Fear. That is what they are doing now find things for people to be afraid of before the
election.
The real fear for them and the arrogance won't allow them to see it is a large Orange
Wave about to rise up. This election could be about two parties the Tories and the NDP
and Mr Trudeau who started with some promise is becoming less relevant every day.
Spending money on fear factor has an effect but as people catch on to the other budget
cuts for the middle class its going to be a Harper problem
