I think they will expire by next February.

The writing is on the wall for Horgan, JLM. The latest polls show support is GROWING for the pipeline extension, not abating. He is going to find himself, along with his party, on the wrong side of history. Like-minded Canadians are realizing that the security of foreign investments in our country is primary importance to the future economic viability of our country. The tide is slowly turning against all those who would hold our fortunes hostage in order to expound upon their narrow, insular and specious ideologies. Too bad it isn't a tsunami.

When you consider that at least half the green support came from disgruntled liberal voters ,yes I believe you are right . If Horgan had gone back to the polls instead of forming an agreement with the greens I believe Horgan and the NDP would have secured a majority position . That will not be the case any longer . Horgan must now hang on as he has shot homself in the foot with the silent middle . If the Speaker of the House resigns we would find a different makeup in the legislature.
