This is totally "personal" for him. It is not a rational move by any stretch....... but it is vindictive and part of his retribution tour". He is not running things like a business (as some like to point out). He is running things like Organized Crime boss would. LOYALTY is the only thing that matters t o him. Loyalty means that those "loyal" are willing to do whatever Trump wants of them. Merit , competence don't factor in .(or are purely accidental) The law will be what Trump decides it will be.
