It is sad that mental illness is so prevalent in our society , and so often manifests itself by creating religious zealots.

Going from the title alone you could have done the part where the termination results in all sins being forgiven and those same people are welcomed by God the same way you expect to experience meeting 'in the flesh'. Cover what your experiences are because the ones God 'terminates' (on the day the 7th trump sounds) all the sinners on the planet are sent to the grave.
The Great White Throne is the event that pulls them back from death and then they enter the new earth. A 'child' is a person at the age of 20. 100 years later they have 100 of their own children and they face judgement from God about being a sinner or not. In the new earth nobody is found to be a sinner so they are given immortality.
That is the immortality that people, such as you and myself, expect to receive while a great many others are being sent to the grave. Adam was an eternal being as was all other 'flesh' created in Ge:1. They had to eat to stay alive and an immortal person does not need food to stay alive. (traveling between stars is the real benefit of that change)
Correct me if I am wrong. If a Muslim asks a 'stranger' if they believe in God and the person is a Christian or a Jew and they (have to) say yes, the the Muslim has to treat them like a 'brother' rather than as in 'infidel'.
Your version of the promised land goes how. I have give you the Bible's version of how everybody including the terminated get to that plave and a little bit about how it runs when compared to Genesis.

The only wrong-doers that we see terminated on a regular basis are Arab worshippers of the false prophet. The bodies are piling up like cordwood.

True, I think the Arab that have been terminated are wrong-doers and enthusiastic about the Prophet himself, the imams and the patrons; they are not true Muslims devoting themselves to God alone.

And even if the Arab and Muslims agree, God will not agree that His enemies transgress on His Holy House at Jerusalem: the Aqsa Masjid.
And as did He defend His Holy House at Mecca against the Abyssinian Abraha, He will defend His House at Jerusalem: the Aqsa Masjid.

Prescribing a tax on every Jew and Zionist in Palestine
A tax should be imposed on Jews and Zionists in Palestine .. like a rent: although they are not renting home, but they are robbers; anyhow such tax should be taken from every individual among the Zionists in Palestine .. and given to the Palestinians.
The Palestinians are the true owners of their land and homes out of which they were driven and persecuted.
So each individual Jew and Zionist should give 30 $ monthly, and if a Jewish family consists of 5 individuals, the sum will be 150 $ taken monthly as a rent and given to the Palestinians as a compensation.
So each individual Zionist must give 360 $ annually.
Such compensation will be given to:
