I’ve mentioned this a ton of times before in regards to Genealogy…

How come you are told you are related to a Nobleman, a wealthy Merchant, a Politician or a Prince? But you are never told you were related to that guy who shoveled the elephant poop at the Circus.

A Nobleman, a wealthy Merchant, a Politician or a Prince kept better records (or had them kept for them) to trace back and find connections then the guy working at the circus?

Exactly. So this whole Genealogy shtick is flawed from the get go...which was my point.

Yeah, but you still learned some things that tie you back to some of your ancestors. Some of the nefarious have good records too, & that’s always interesting.
