Not sure if he hates it or just dislikes it. I dislike it because it's a city, to begin with, it's too humid during the hot season, and southern ON scenery ain't near as cool as the scenery here.

Just gave me an idea for a thread- Thank you

Hate Vancouver. Dirty city, full of drug addicts and drunks. Always raining.

That was well put together and interesting. Good find, Ron.

Greenland? T'ain't very far from Canuckville (about 1200 kliks).

I was referring to Russia. Greenland really doesn't count as much of a nation unless you consider it part of Denmark.

Vancouver Island
Vancouver has lots of Chinese. I feel comfortable around the Chinese.

vancouver has a great chinatown, wonderful food, but the chinese majority seem to live in richmond, which is not
really vancouver proper.

the chinese are good people, vancouver is lucky to have them.

I love Vancouver, extremely clean city, a beautiful city, a city i've known well since I was a young child I travelled back and forth from new westminster to visit my dad many times, right into east
vancouver, the bad side of town apparantly, every city has that part ot town, but the rest of
it is wonderful, I've worked there for a few years, I've walked miles of the area, spent many
years picnicing and hiking, swimming and just thoroughly enjoying Stanley Park and many of the
other beaches, spanish banks, jerico, kitsilano, etc., the scenery and
the natural beauty is second to none, if I could afford it, I would have a nice apartment to
visit periodically right in the downtown area.
