The unemployment rate in Saskatchewan improved from 8 per cent in December to 7.2 per cent in January according to data released Friday by Statistics Canada.Feb. 5, 2021

If it weren't for SK and Premier Hank Hill that number would be far higher.

The unemployment rate in Canada fell to 8.2 percent in February of 2021, the lowest since March 2020 and following 9.4 percent in January. Figures came much lower than market forecasts of 9.2 percent as public health restrictions put in place in late December were eased in many provinces, allowing for the re-opening of many non-essential businesses, cultural and recreational facilities, and some in-person dining.

Coincides with the reopening of the Ontario retail sector. Numbers are all crap for somebody else. There is nothing going on that is not being funded and mismanaged by some level of government.

Who knows? Maybe Moodys upgrades Canada to a C.

The unemployment rate drop includes all the many thousands that have used up their EI and are therefore no longer unemployed in government speak.

They've been saying the bubble will burst for decades now.

Shit like this is why no one listens to the Conservatives.

Maybe open the doors to mass immigration aided with convenient financing to pay for the overpriced homes insured by CMHC and drive the market.

Only in Canada.
