France to Invoke Article 5 of NATO Treaty - NATO compelled to go to war against ISIS -- U.S. may "Intern" all Muslims!

The attacks against multiple civilian targets in Paris Friday night by the ISIS Terrorist Group have turned into actual WAR! France will invoke Article 5 of the NATO mutual defense Treaty Monday, compelling all NATO members to fight along side France against ISIS.

This is not some "authorization for the use of military force" this is a Declaration of War. The trouble is, ISIS is in Syria. Russia is defending Syria to assist Syrian President Bashar Assad. When NATO goes to get ISIS, they will necessarily have to go into Syria . . . . where Russia is defending.

Will Russia relent and let NATO attack? Or will Russia decide this NATO action is a thinly disguised effort to unseat Bashar Assad, and cause Russia to battle NATO?

This is "it" ladies and gentlemen; this is the actual physical beginning of World War 3.

UPDATE 1:49 PM EDT -- Discussions are taking place in Congress as to whether it will be necessary to intern Muslims in the USA, the way Japanese were Interned after the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 1941.

According to well-placed sources in the Defense Department, inquiries have been made by staff from the Congressional leadership, asking if the camps created under the REX-84 program in the mid-1980's are available for use? When told "Yes" the congressional staff revealed that discussions are taking place among the highest levels of US Congressional leadership about possibly Interning ALL Muslims in the United States.

"REX-84" is a plan which would accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens during times of emergency.

The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.

The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.

Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987

” These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached.”
The prevailing thinking today in Congress is that Muslims of today represent a much more dangerous threat than the Japanese during World War 2 and if the US is going to declare war upon ISIS, it may be necessary to control the Muslim population within the USA.

The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States was the forced relocation and incarceration during World War II of between 110,000 and 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry who lived on the Pacific coast in camps in the interior of the country. Sixty-two percent of the internees were United States citizens. President Roosevelt ordered the Incarceration of Japanese Americans During World War II, shortly after Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.

In the event of a national "emergency" in our present time, there are now over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. Under the Rex 84 program many military bases were closed down and turned into prisons.

"Operation Cable Splicer" and "Operation Garden Plot" are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is the executive arm of the Rex-84 operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners.

Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold thousands of people.

The Internment Camp shouldn't be just for Muslims, but Libtard supporters of the Radical Ideology too.

No fear, as much as barac would luv to terminate assad he hardly wants world war III originating on his watch being etched into his legacy n' now with trump wisely hinting at improved relations with putin & co. a joint u.s. russian effort could end the isis era pdq. This american compulsion to orchestrate regime change by executing honchos may die with the old guard, assad may become the first to deny nato chicken hawks.

Donald Trump has backtracked — sort of — on his assertion that President Obama and Hillary Clinton are “the founders” of ISIS, or the “most valuable players” on the Islamic State team. “Obviously, I’m being sarcastic,” said the self-styled “America-Firster” – quickly adding, “but not that sarcastic, to be honest with you.”

Trump cannot articulate or fully grasp the horrific truth of his original statement because that would require a much more fundamental indictment of U.S. imperial policy in the Muslim world since the last days of 1979, when Zbigniew Brzezinski convinced President Jimmy Carter to set the jihadist dogs loose in Afghanistan.

As stated in his memoir From the Shadow, Brzezinski advised Carter to aid the right-wing Muslim resistance to the leftist, secular government in Afghanistan in order to “induce a Soviet military intervention” and thus embroil the USSR in a Vietnam-like quagmire. Brzezinski viewed the so-called Mujahadeen as potential foot soldiers of U.S. global policy. “What is most important to the history of the world? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some stirred-up Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?” Brzezinski asked, rhetorically, decades later.

Millions of refugees storming European borders have definitely come as a surprise to Western politicians. They would not have, if the West only listened to what Libya's leader Muammar Gaddafi said months before he was brutally executed.

Hillary Clinton and the Brutal Murder of Gaddafi...
...On October 20, 2011, Libya’s Muammar al-Gaddafi was brutally murdered by a mob of NATO-backed ‘rebels’, after first being beaten and violated in the most barbaric fashion. History leaves no doubt that not only was the Libyan leader murdered on this day but Libya itself.

ISIS isn't a sovereign nation and I think a case can be made that attacks from within France are an internal matter

An attack on one NATO member is an attack in all NATO members.

America invoked Article 5 after 11/9.

Evidence continues to surface that the terror attacks in Nice and Munich were government orchestrated false flag operations by European Union governments in league with Mossad and the CIA, while the authorities waste no time clamping down on civil liberties in the wake of the events.

It has emerged that Richard Gutjahr – a German journalist married to an Israeli politician and former spy agency employee – was on the scene filming the truck attack in Nice, and then found himself taking pictures at the Munich mall when the shooter opened fire.

Operation Gladio (Italian: Operazione Gladio) is the codename for a clandestine North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) "stay-behind" operation in Italy during the Cold War. Its purpose was to prepare for, and implement, armed resistance in the event of a Warsaw Pact invasion and conquest. Although Gladio specifically refers to the Italian branch of the NATO stay-behind organizations, "Operation Gladio" is used as an informal name for all of them.

France[edit]
In 1947, Interior Minister Edouard Depreux revealed the existence of a secret stay-behind army in France codenamed "Plan Bleu". The next year, the "Western Union Clandestine Committee" (WUCC) was created to coordinate secret unorthodox warfare. In 1949, the WUCC was integrated into NATO, whose headquarters were established in France, under the name "Clandestine Planning Committee" (CPC). In 1958, NATO founded the Allied Clandestine Committee (ACC) to coordinate secret warfare.[citation needed]

The network was supported with elements from SDECE, and had military support from the 11th Choc regiment. The former director of DGSE, admiral Pierre Lacoste, alleged in a 1992 interview with The Nation, that certain elements from the network were involved in terrorist activities against de Gaulle and his Algerian policy. A section of the 11th Choc regiment split over the 1962 Evian peace accords, and became part of the Organisation armée secrète (OAS), but it is unclear if this also involved members of the French stay-behind network.[25][26]

La Rose des Vents and Arc-en-ciel ("Rainbow") network were part of Gladio. François de Grossouvre was Gladio's leader for the region around Lyon in France until his alleged suicide on April 7, 1994. Grossouvre would have asked Constantin Melnik, leader of the French secret services during the Algerian War of Independence (1954–62), to return to activity. He was living in comfortable exile in the US, where he maintained links with the Rand Corporation. Constantin Melnik is alleged to have been involved in the creation in 1952 of the Ordre Souverain du Temple Solaire, an ancestor of the Order of the Solar Temple, created by former A.M.O.R.C. members, in which the SDECE (French former military intelligence agency) was interested.

Should a nato member harbour the alleged leader of a coup attempt on a fellow nato partner or return him for trial? That a non nato honcho shields assange from the u.s. grasp exasperates but turkey is a bona fide partner and co-operation is the glue of alliances that is being tested big time. Kurds don't share a common u.s. turkish warmth and barac aiding and abetting erdogans' foe really stretches the nato bond.

I don't know the NATO law relating to such matters, but the US authorities often successfully demand other countries - including other NATO countries - extradite criminals to America.
