Former Mighty Morphine Power Rangers star Ricardo Medina, Jr. has been arrested after allegedly killing his roommate.
The actor, who portrayed the Red Ranger in Power Rangers Wild Force allegedly stabbed Joshua Sutter with a sword.
He was arrested on Saturday afternoon in Palmdale, California.
According to law enforcement sources, Medina and Sutter were involved in a fight as the actor was hanging out with his girlfriend. The altercation turned violent and Medina stabbed his roommate in the abdomen.
Medina called 911 and waited for for police officers to arrive, according to TMZ. He was arrested and booked for murder. Sutter was pronounced dead upon arrival at a nearby hospital.

The original article that I read stated that the roommate broke down the bedroom door and attacked him. If that was the case, couldn't it be argued that he acted in self defence? After all, he only stabbed him once, called the police, and waited for them. He didn't attempt to flee.
