However, if your a mod and the site doesn't allow foul language it's a tad hypocritical to do it anyways.

Mods are dudes with nothing better to do all day at their boring unfulfilling jobs.
It is what it is.....gives them a sense of power they will never really have in reality.
I just find their hypocrisy amusing and I am not afraid to point it out.

I agree with every word. Unfortunately, in many cases the court doesn't sort it out because the state's attorney (the Crown for us) decides that there's no case for the cop to answer, so it never goes to a judge.
In the Ferguson case, the Feds are now investigating. Because of the riots. Maybe if there were full, fair investigations without riots, folk'd be less inclined to riot.
I know here there is the SIU for that purpose --- every time the cop fires his weapon or somebody gets hurt by a cop.
Is the timing of the federal investigation after the riots or before?
After, in this case. The shooting was Saturday, the riots Sunday, the investigation announced yesterday.
Not that it matters. After decades of police brutality and investigatory/judicial indifference, it's going to take more than one timely, focussed investigation to clear the widespread opinion among non-whites that the police don't value their lives and the system will not give fair treatment to their claims.
