I think if we want to clean up our drug problem, we need a semi-annual gathering similar to cull programs to thin nuisance species. We could do this at the federal or provincial level and control it. We give every hunter five tags; they go out and bag their limit on scumbbag dealers and bring back proof of kill, maybe a finger. Ears tend to make people squeamish.
The truth is, we will never get rid of this problem if we don't start calling the dealers what they are. "MURDERS."
