hi guys,

Good day to all of you.

you see... i have a problem here...

i am 25 and i am only 1.63m tall... and i'm trying to find ways to grow taller, at least as high as i potentially can. then i came across this height boosting supplement - Growth-FlexV website one day but i am not entirely convinced by what's mentioned in their website.

furthermore, i m not residing in canada; i think this product is from canada. therefore, i need some feedbacks from you guys about it, like whether this supplement is in the retail stores, is it safe, is it effective... and so on.

pls tell me something if you guys know anything...

thanks in advance n have a nice day!

First, I think this is a crafty advertisement.

Genes have a lot to do with height, probably the most influential thing.

That being said the genes influance your height by their ability to create certain protiens, and to know what to do with the various protiens and when. the most important thing in growth is (go figure): growth hormone, which is polypeptide hormone synthesised by the anterior pituitary gland, the more efficent or more growth hormone secreted the more a body will grow, although not nessecarily just in height, there are MANY genes / protiens/hormones involved a "body type" and height.

The consumption of red meat can provide the "fuel" to make growth hormone. Although, this will not be even nearly as effective as taking growth hormone suppliments.

During the first few hours of sleep the pituitary gland releases HGH (human growth hormone). This also happens after exercise and accounts for why more active people heal faster (cuts, burns, brusies, disease). More active children are likely to grow more. BUT too much anaerobic or muscular development can actually impede growth can induce premature cessation, or can prematurly close the growth plates.

All of this being said, unless you are in a growth stage of your life (between 0 and 17-18) HGH will have no real effect on your height, although it can make you heal faster. This is because various things have changed in your body once you hit adult hood for instance the growth plates have closed, receptors and protien/protien synthesizers are turned off.

This is an EXTREMELY SIMPLIFIED DESCRIPTION of how height happens.

There are ways to become marginally taller.

generally they include a proper diet possibly with suppliments, a lack of stress, and special exercise.

what you actually do is stretch the joints and cause a small amount of cartilage to bone generation. The main place to increase height is in the spine, due to all of the joints.

you can check out this site for more info:

How to Increase vertical length

There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

  • Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture.
  • Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary inches” by improving your dressing coordination. You can get more information on specific exercises and fashion ideas by following the link below:

Good luck

satogrowth

I have never written to a forum before, but i feel this product deserves one. i am now 24 yrs old. Nothing ever worked like satogrowth. i tried lots of stuff but nothing really worked . So in desperation i looked online and found satogrowth. After just one month,l noticed 2 cm increase! I ordered 2 months supply, and so i ordered some more 18 months-pro. and i am pleased to say that l have grown full 3 inches at the end of using.I am now a very devoted customer and i have recommended it to all my friends. I have no idea how this stuff works better than all the stuff from out there.but i am glad it does!

Don't be ridiculous. Nothing is going to make you grow taller than your predetermined height by more than a half inch outside of radical surgery. Learn to be happy with yourself in whatever form you come in and you will not need to be any different than you are.

I've never seen so many spammers in one topic before.

The ONLY way to be taller is: platform shoes. You just have to deal with whatever height you are dealt.

I know one thing, physical stature is one of the least important attributes of a person and one of the toughest to do anything about. It's mostly do to with your genes. More important is thinking big and being broad minded. If you are healthy just be happy with that.

Just remember: It is not the size of the dog in a fight, it is the size of the fight in the dog.

Short of (no pun intended) registering in Count Vlad's dungeon and try the rack, not much you can do.
