Yeah, but that still doesn't excuse all of their previous debt. This budget is just starting to make up for it. It's hard to credit a government that's just cleaning up its own mess. But you know what: nowadays, a government that can clean up its own mess is still better than one that can't even do that.

( because the oil execs tell him what they are going to do)
