Family to Receive $1.5 Million + in First-Ever Vaccine-Autism Court Award

Friday, 17 September 2010 09:27

'The first court award in a vaccine-autism claim is a big one. CBS News has learned the family of Hannah Poling will receive more than $1.5 million dollars for her life care; lost earnings; and pain and suffering for the first year alone.
In addition to the first year, the family will receive more than $500,000 per year to pay for Hannah's care. Those familiar with the case believe the compensation could easily amount to $20 million over the child's lifetime.'

So the vaccine triggered a pre-existing condition. The onset of schizophrenia occurs around the age of 20, and is usually triggered by a stressful event. I wonder if there will be lawsuits against those that cause the stress that triggered the pre-existing condition.

Actually, they don't, or haven't. This was a case of a child with a pre-existing serious condition that would have surfaced anyway (mitochondrial abnormalities), and which had a premature onset due to being given an injection of 9 vaccines at one time. She became seriously ill, and receded into the pre-existing condition.

Autism is not caused by vaccinations, but sick children may experience the onset of illnesses prematurely due to being vaccinated with 9 viruses at the same time. Vaccinations are safe, and should be given to all healthy children. It's extremely ... off the chart rare ... for a child to have a bad reaction to vaccinations. Vaccinations are, after all, just a dead or live virus of a disease that was almost eradicated. The vaccinations have made the world a safer place, and healthy children should continue to be vaccinated.

Parents should also have a look at the doctor that started the rumour about mercury, or vaccinations, causing autism. He is no longer allowed to practice in Britain and the US. His paper has been removed from Nature magazine, and there is no verification of his theory, which was not peer reviewed prior to first publicatoin. Peer review resulted in the article being removed. He was removed from practicing medicine in Britain, so he moved to the States; somewhere like Arizona. There he set up another practice and was again removed from practicing medicine. Was it the vaccine, or the mercury? Seems lawyers have tried to argue both when trying to get American families a hefty settlement for having a disabled child.

wot if that "pre existing condition" was caused by some previous form of "healthy intervention" by our governments........ ?
wot if the plan for population control/reduction started a couple or 3 generations ago...? I enfersize reduction because the outcome of all this is the survival of the planet. You can have that quicker by reduction, than by control......
back in '76, carter had his secretary of state, do a study into how the planet would be coping come the yr 2000 and what the worlds population would be.
Out of that study came the "global 2000 report to the president" which basically stated that for the planet to survive, the worlds population has to reduced by 2/3s by any means neccessary between 2000 and 2050
