I'm not prepared to waste my time

Hehehehe....that's what the Trumpites always say when asked an uncomfortable question.

Look on the bright side CM. Both Justin and Donald like giving taxpayer's dollars to inefficient business models so you'll love all the government handouts coming down the pipe.

No new material, eh?

All the same, your response is, shall we say, remedial at best.

No point in discussing something that is way outta your league.

Mr. Levant is no stranger to legal problems spurred on by his mouth. Multiple references in this Huff Post article:

Ezra Levant Loses Libel Case, Owes Khurrum Awan $80,000

I trust the CBC to be truthful and accurate in what they do report, but I accept their liberal views and usually seek additional sources when researching any particular issue. They often tell only part of a story, but do so with a high degree of integrity.

Well apparently the courts disagree with you.[/QUOTE]

Well so they may and I disagree with the courts. So what. Opinion's aren't allowed anymore? Sheesh! I am defending Ezra because it's (as he states so clearly) "it's my bloody right to do so" and you can disparage me all you want, but I still maintain the right to support who I want. The fact of the matter is what he said about Mr. Awan was true; if that was offensive than the truth can no longer be relied upon which is a slippery slope.

Ezra can be a braggart but I support his ability to say what he wants, as long as it's not harmful and in this case, it was not which is why I disagree with the courts. But the courts have become very PC and that's extremely dangerous is a democratic society. Ezra didn't threaten to harm this man; he didn't threaten his way of life or his family. He simply stated what was already well-known and the guy was "offended".

As for the CBC I also support their right to say what they want in whatever slant they want. I don't necessarily agree with them all the time, but that's what being in a free society is about.

It's not just me that laughs my butt off at you - damn near everyone here (excepting your bosom buddy Flossy) see the comedic value in your posts

Flossy doesn't like me much. He, like you, believes government should give taxpayer dollars to businesses with flawed business models. He also, like you, isn't a fiscal conservative like me. You clearly have more in common with Flossy than I do.

You sure are salty today.

That's what all the Trumpites say when they're embarrassed.

PS- exactly what is your experience in starting or operating a business in the private sector?

.... None?... Ya, I figured as much

Started my own business in 89 where I did subcontract installations and maintenance of water treatment equipment. Bought a few rental properties and the company morphed into home renos. I've posted some pictures here of my work. Still have the company but since the kids moved out, I'm more interested in travelling and enjoying life while my health is good.

By all means you are entitled to your opinions. I don't mean to disparage you as much as to point out that from my point of view Mr. Levant and his organization are typical of a societal descent into mediocrity and encouraging him only hastens that descent. We can do better.

You seem to want to make this a right/left argument, when it is in my mind, an ethical/unethical argument that knows no political boundaries.

You seem to want to make this a the right is unethical argument, I'm just trying to point out that the left wing church of hate is just as bad.
