Saw an anti-NFL video earlier today. The lady in it calls it the National Felon League. From 2000 to 2014 over 700 NFL players were arrested and charged with serious crimes ranging from basic DUI to accidents caused by impairment. From domestic violence to assault, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of stolen weapons, animal cruelty and murder. Many of them continued to play in the NFL after they were convicted.
The NFL itself also has a rule against players engaging in personal causes on the field. A rule they cowardly refuse to enforce in this instance for fear of being labeled as racists.

Meanwhile, as a bunch of spoiled, privileged millionaires whine on, a Texan rookie donated his first week's pay to 3 food service workers at the stadium who lost their homes to the flooding in Texas. With a further offer of continuing to help them get back on their feet if needed.
This young, supposedly oppressed young man is "only" making $462,000 in his rookie year and yet has already handed over more than 5% of his annual salary to personally help out three people with a promise of more if they need it.

It's also interesting the number of African-Americans who don't support the current antics of these NFL players. Maybe it's because they weren't dumb enough to buy into the hype about police murdering Black people. If you're a Black person in the US, you have a 4% chance of being killed by a cop. You have an 89% chance of being killed by another Black person. Boom!

Now, let's see why they're "oppressed". In 2015 according to both the FBI and DoJ, Black people committed 52% of all homicides and 55% of all other violent crimes. That's 13% of the population doing that. But we can reasonably assume that the majority of those crimes are committed by the males. So that's 7% of the US population who are responsible for 52% of all homicides and 55% of all other violent crimes. And Black males wonder why they get hassled by the man all the time? The joke here is, what they like to call "racial profiling" is actually criminal profiling. Calling it racial profiling was a way for some idiot to take away one of the cops' best tools and make it useless.

That post made absolutely no sense at all Walter
;)

As we saw when racism was the cause of opposition to the insurance companies writing of GRUBER care, and also gun control ( hey remember fast and furious?), and now it is construed as the reason to prevent the dismantling of the united states to replace the peoples governemnt with a commienazieglobalist tyranny.

This "racism" is the reason you don't want male phykos in make up in the little girls' room at the department store, and oppose obumber's legalising of animal sex in the barraks.

These people are attacking the US of A...ASYMMETRIC WARFARE!!! and should be treated as such.
If this "kapernut" is playing for the CFL, I won't watch them play, or spend any money on any advertisers that put there adds there either.

I hate communists and nazis and sneaky tyranny bastards in general, and don't think they should get any of my money.
They should all be playing scrap the crabs off in one of Hitlary Clintons adolt fun camps with Anthony Weiner..

Kaepernick received about $39 million of the $126 million in his SF 49er contract plus any endorsement and investment revenue he received. Even with taxes he must be worth $40 - 50 million. The only reason someone in his bracket would come to the CFL to maybe earn $250 -500m is to reestablish a rep as a way back into the NFL. But i really think most NFL teams just think he's more trouble than he's worth at this point, at any price.

King had class and respect.

But he was a relatively wealthy black man protesting the purely fictional discrimination against blacks in America.

And he violated the law, not just hurt the feels of people in another country by showing "disrespect" to a flag they feel no emotion or allegiance to while engaged in a sport they don't follow.

I am afraid I am confused by your post. Are you claiming that Blacks in the USA were not discriminated against when Dr. King began his crusade?

Of course not! Plessy v. Ferguson established separate but equal. Operative term is equal.

The only discrimination the U.S. has ever suffered has been those brutal blackies and brownies oppressing the innocent, hard-working white men.

  Man, the NFL's ratings are dropping faster than Bill Clinton's pants. ESPN is losing viewers. Quite a number of people have cancelled their cable or satellite NFL packages. Ticket sales are down.
I guess these dumbass players have never heard the expression, "Don't shit where you eat".

You must really hate Rev. Martin Luther King.
Apparently so does the Black lady who made the video to which I referenced and my post was about. This may come as a complete shock to you but there are quite a few African-Americans who don't agree with or support this little protest. Go ahead, check out Youtube.
